All U.S. orders are shipped insured with signature confirmation. Once your order’s on its way, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking info.

Please double-check your shipping address—we’re unable to reroute packages once they’re en route. A signature will be required upon delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your piece. While all sales are final, we do offer exchanges or store credit on non-custom items within 7 days of delivery, excluding shipping costs.

Custom or customized items—including any size, color, or variation not offered “as-is” on our site—are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange, or store credit.

Store credit is valid for 1 year.

Rings are made to order and considered custom.

Returned pieces must be unworn, in original packaging, and shipped via UPS or FedEx with insurance and signature required.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Exchange request frequency is tracked. We reserve the right to decline requests if they become excessive.
