Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your piece. While all sales are final, we do offer exchanges or store credit on non-custom items within 7 days of delivery, excluding shipping costs.

Custom or customized items—including any size, color, or variation not offered “as-is” on our site, and any items that are made to order —are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange, or store credit.

A few notes:

  • Store credit is valid for 1 year.

  • Rings are made to order and considered custom.

  • Returned pieces must be unworn, in original packaging, and shipped via UPS or FedEx with insurance and signature required.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

  • Exchange request frequency is tracked. We reserve the right to decline requests if they become excessive.
